Emergency Home Repair
Rebuilding Together Hartford's Emergency Home Repair program assists Hartford's low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly, disabled and families with children with critical issues, i.e., no heat or hot water, major roof leak, safety and/or accessibility modifications, etc. The aim of the program is to help people who have an immediate need that impacts their ability to live in warmth, safety and independence.
